How long will it take before my design order is ready?
After making your payment, the usual time it takes for your author swag design is between 3-5 business days depending on the quantity that you order. For banner design, if a rush job is necessary, purchase the 24 hour rush service along with your banner and we will prioritize your banner order and deliver that design within 24 hours. Unfortunately a 24 hour rush job can not be applied to all design services at this time
I want a Special Request Banner in size, how much does it cost?
Please see our banner pricing page to view a list of prices for banner sizes. If your size is not listed, use the Contact Us page and submit your Special Request for a quote or alternatively email your Special Request to us direct at: bookinitdesigns @ yahoo.com (no spaces).
How can I pay for my order?
After selecting the products you want by adding them to your Paypal cart, you will be taken to our PAYPAL page for processing. Credit Card details are collected and processed by PAYPAL. WE DO NOT STORE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO.
I don't like my design, can I request some changes?
ABSOLUTELY! You may request from us up to 4 free revisions to all designs. Our customers are usually satisfied after 1st or 2nd revisions.
What kind of changes can/can't I request?
You cannot request change to the physical size of your banner, or a complete re-write of the text ad. This will be considered a different banner and normal price will be charged. Other than that, you can request any changes, such as color, text positioning, animated frame allocation, etc...
As for the author swag design, please be very specific as to what you are wanting placed on your design from the beginning . This will prevent any back and forth switching out of wording and or material.
For cover designs, we understand how tricky this can be for an author. You may have one vision of your cover but when you see it you completely change your mind. That is why we're here! After you purchase your cover you'll receive a form to fill out for your cover so that we can help you design the best cover for your book. For this you may request up to 4 modifications.
What is a static banner? What is an animated banner?
A static banner is simply an image (banner) with no moving elements. An animated banner has movements, typically cycling through a series of text or images promoting your products and services.
If I order a banner from you, and at some future date I lose my banner and the link to view my banner, can I request a replacement?
If you still have your order number (receipt number or PAYPAL ID), please contact us and we'll be more than happy to assist you.
Will my paid products be featured in your portfolio?
Absolutely! Think of it as extra advertising!
